حذف حسابك من قسمتي

تطبيق قسمتي ومنصة qesmati.com يتيحان لك حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت، دون الحاجة إلى مراسلتنا أو انتظار موافقة.

من داخل التطبيق أو الموقع

  1. سجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
  2. افتح الإعدادات من قائمة حسابك.
  3. اختر حذف الحساب، ثم أكّد العملية.

يُنفَّذ الحذف فوراً. لا توجد فترة انتظار، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه، ولا يمكن استعادة الحساب بعد ذلك — بما في ذلك عبر إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور أو تسجيل الدخول بحساب جوجل أو مايكروسوفت.

إذا تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول

راسلنا من البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل في الحساب على support@qalamsystems.com وسنحذف الحساب خلال ثلاثين يوماً كحد أقصى، وعادةً خلال أيام قليلة. نطلب المراسلة من البريد نفسه للتأكد من أنّ صاحب الحساب هو من يطلب الحذف.

ما الذي يُحذف

  • اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني.
  • ملفك الشخصي بالكامل: الوصف، وتفضيلات الشريك، وبيانات التواصل.
  • كلمة المرور، وارتباط حسابك بجوجل أو مايكروسوفت أو فيسبوك إن وُجد.
  • يتوقف ظهور ملفك في البحث والنتائج والاقتراحات فوراً.

ما الذي يبقى، ولماذا

نحتفظ بأثرٍ مجهّل لا يدل عليك، ولا يحمل اسمك ولا أيّاً من بيانات التواصل الخاصة بك. السبب أنّ بعض السجلات ليست ملكك وحدك:

  • طلبات التواصل والمحادثات: يبقى للطرف الآخر سجلّ محادثته، لأنه سجلّه هو أيضاً. سيظهر لديه أنّ العضو لم يعد موجوداً، دون أي بيانات تخصّك.
  • البلاغات وطلبات الدعم: تُحفَظ لحماية بقية الأعضاء وللالتزام بمتطلبات السلامة.

لا تُستخدم هذه السجلات للتعرّف عليك أو للتواصل معك، ولا يمكن ربطها بك بعد الحذف.

Deleting your Qesmati account

The Qesmati app and qesmati.com let you delete your account and personal data at any time, without contacting us and without waiting for approval.

From the app or the website

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open Settings from your account menu.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period, it cannot be undone, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards — including by password reset or by signing in with Google or Microsoft.

If you cannot sign in

Email us from the address registered on the account at support@qalamsystems.com. We will delete it within 30 days at the latest, usually within a few days. We ask you to write from the same address so we can be sure the request comes from the account holder.

What is deleted

  • Your name, phone number and email address.
  • Your entire profile: description, partner preferences and contact details.
  • Your password, and any linked Google, Microsoft or Facebook sign-in.
  • Your profile stops appearing in search, results and suggestions immediately.

What remains, and why

An anonymised trace remains that does not identify you and carries none of your name or contact details. Some records are not yours alone:

  • Contact requests and conversations: the other person keeps their own history, because it is theirs too. They will see that the member is no longer here, with none of your details attached.
  • Reports and support tickets: kept to protect other members and to meet safety obligations.

These records are never used to identify or contact you, and cannot be linked back to you once the account is deleted.
