Frequently Asked Questions

Here you will find concise, clear answers to the most important topics you need to use the platform confidently

Account & Registration

You can create an account using email and password. Quick social sign-in options may also appear if enabled on the registration page. In all cases, email verification is required before full use.

Email verification helps us ensure that you are the account owner and helps in password recovery if forgotten. It also ensures that important notifications reach your email.

Yes, you can change your email from the account settings page. You will need to confirm the new email after the change.

The display name is the name that will appear to others in chats and notifications instead of your email. You can set it during registration or from account settings. This helps protect your privacy.

Profile Management

After logging in, go to 'My Profiles' then 'Add new profile'. You'll see a single page with collapsible sections: name and basics, location, appearance, social and religious status, education and work, health, about you and your partner, and contact info. You can save and continue later. After submission, the profile will be reviewed by administration.

Profiles are reviewed before publishing to confirm seriousness and compliance with platform policy and guidelines. Review usually takes 24 to 48 hours.

The review and approval process usually takes 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified via email when your profile is approved or rejected.

Yes, you can edit your profile at any time from the 'My Profiles' page. Some edits may require re-review by administration.

You can create unlimited profiles, whether for yourself or for family members, relatives, or friends you want to help find a suitable partner. All information must be accurate and up-to-date.

Contact Requests

When you find a suitable profile, click 'Request Contact', then choose the profile(s) you want to send in the request.

Yes, you can send multiple profiles in one request. Each profile is evaluated independently, and acceptance/opportunity applies to the owner of the approved profile (whether it is you or someone you submit on behalf of).

When a request is accepted, contact details appear in the same Contact Requests screen while you follow the request status, and you can then continue communication appropriately.

Contact details appear directly within the same 'Contact Requests' page while tracking requests. You will find contact details next to accepted requests on that same screen.

Yes, you can reject an entire contact request or reject specific profiles from the request. You can also add a reason for rejection if you wish.

You can submit a report using in-platform reporting options or via the Contact page. Reports are reviewed by priority, and the support team replies after review.

Chat & Messaging

After accepting a contact request, you can start the conversation from the 'Chats' page. Conversations appear in the sidebar and you can send messages easily.

We apply technical and operational security measures to protect conversations and privacy, with follow-up on abuse according to platform policy.

Individual message deletion is not currently available. If you face abuse or an issue, use the report option or contact support so the case can be reviewed.

Online status shows whether a person is currently online or not. You can enable or disable online status from account settings.

Notifications

You can manage notification preferences from the 'Preferences' page then the 'Notifications' tab. You can enable or disable three types of notifications: Email, In-App, and WhatsApp notifications. For each event type (like new contact request), you can choose which channels you want to receive notifications through.

Yes, you can disable email notifications for each event type individually from the notification preferences page. However, we recommend keeping important email notifications such as contact request acceptances.

In-app notifications appear instantly in the platform when important events occur. They appear in real-time without needing to refresh the page, and you can view them from the bell icon in the top menu. You can mark them as read or delete them.

WhatsApp notifications are an optional service that allows you to receive important notifications directly on WhatsApp. To use them, you need to enable the service from the Preferences page and verify your phone number. You can choose which notification types you want to receive via WhatsApp.

Privacy & Security

We apply technical and procedural security controls to protect data and reduce unauthorized access. See details in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal information (email, phone number) is protected and can only be seen by people you have accepted contact requests from. Approved profiles are visible to everyone, but private contact information is protected.

Self-service account deletion is currently not available. You can disable your account from account settings, and if you want permanent deletion, create a support ticket from the 'Contact Us' page so the team can review and process your request.

We protect your privacy through: using display names instead of email, encrypting data, controlling online status visibility, hiding your profile from search, and controlling who can see your information. You can adjust all these settings from the 'Preferences' page. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
